Why hasn't my blanket shipped?
We hand-craft each blanket upon receiving your order, which means it can take up to 2 business days for your blanket to ship. If it's been more than two days, please email info@curl-in.com with any questions or concerns. We typically respond within the hour.
How much are the delivery costs?
Shipping is a flat $7 in the US.
Do you ship abroad?
We do not currently ship worldwide.
If I return a product, how long until I am reimbursed?
Once your return has been processed (meaning we have the blanket in hand), it will be 3-5 days until you see the money returned to your account. Unfortunately this is a banking institution process and we are unable to expedite it.
Is it possible to make an exchange?
Absolutely. Please email info@curl-in.com for all exchange questions.
How long do I have to return my blanket?
You have 30 days to return your blanket from the date it's delivered to you. Please email info@curl-in.com for all return questions.
Do I have to pay to return my blanket?
Returns are completely free.
